Mostly the experience was good but the SIM card that this phone uses is an old type of SIM that the regular Sprint store doesn’t carry. So it took some work to get the phone up and running on the account. Several calls to tech support. So other folk should be aware that there may be some technical hurdles buying this older phone

Was going out of town in about a week and seller made quick offer of shipping out my phone order with free upgrade shipping.
