This sale was 2 years ago so I'm late with this comment. I bought it as a backup. When I activated it I found that the camera was bad - hardware issue. I used it for a few weeks and then it got stuck in a bootlock and wouldn't boot into Android. Very disappointed.

very bad communication, doesn't respond at all. I'm complaining about an iphone 5S that doesnt charge, no response. messaged everyday, all ignored.

After receiving a phone that was more damaged and refurbished, both not included in description, pieces started to fall off within 24 hours of receipt. I immediately contacted the seller through the messaging system. I contacted them once again seven days later since I had received no response. After another 24 hours, I have no other recourse than to leave negative review and proceed with a forced refund through PayPal. This company seems to be hit and miss with both their product and their customer service. Buyer beware, I will not be purchasing from them again.

The seller still owed money on this phone and it could not be activated until the previous balance is paid off.

Cancelled the sale without any additional info

I received the order with a phone which was completely different from the one in the pictures. The phone was peeled on the screen. This was not an issue, I decided to ignore it. I gave the phone as a gift in Uganda, and when the person started using it, its battery was already depleted. It had a 61% capacity. I had to replace the battery. I cannot advise anyone to buy any of their phones, because they do not inspect them yet they say they do inspect them

Phone jack is not working and this was the primary reason for purchasing this model.
