I think the phone did not work very well in the end, but it was so long ago that I forget.

Ive just ran into an issue where the apple logo keeps flashing and then a screen shows up saying to go to apple support. Do you know anything about this or how to fix it?

The unit originally sent by this seller did not meet the minimum standards for items sold on Swappa; most notably, the battery had a maximum charge of about an hour, and the screen had obvious etching. After looking through the last couple years' worth of reviews, this does not appear to be a unique experience. The seller's initial QC seems to be fairly lacking.
The seller was quick with a return label and replacement unit, which (after some battery conditioning) was at or slightly above the advertised condition.

The phone came with a boot loop issue and was not functional. Slow communication from the seller, but eventually they provided a return label and issued a full refund. From purchase to refund took 14 days. Despite the hassle and wasting my time, I would still give the seller another chance and purchase from them again in the future.

Bought phone from site for the first time ever. Process was not super streamlined but still maneuverable. Phone wasn’t shipped very timely and arrived later than projected. Phone arrived with a consumed battery. Easy enough to change at a local apple certified repair store. Replacement battery was purchased and seller comped me half the battery cost. Phone passed all other apple diagnostics in their store aside from battery. Buyer was easy to work with. Site monitors were too. I’d recommend both seller and site again.
