There are issues with the phone. When I call someone my screen becomes completely inactive & black. It doesn't allow me to access any of the features b& I'm unable to end the call. I have to completely reboot the phone using the side power button to hang up. I contacted you yesterday but haven't received a response.

Phone seems to freeze up since upgrading to 9 (maybe refurbished?). The speaker is dirty and the fingerprint sensor has some dirt in the edges that are hard to clean. But otherwise its in good condition and has been working well
