Fast delivery. I emailed asking if the phone could be sent the same day as I was in dire need of a phone. Ordered on a Wed, arrived on Friday. Phone was shipped in bubble wrap. No noticeable scratches on phone. Very responsive to email. Would buy again from this company. A++
