I received the Pixel 10 XL and everything seemed great at first, then when I went to transfer my eSIM from AT&T it gave me an error. Phone was advertised as an AT&T only phone but I confirmed at the AT&T store it was locked to a different carrier. GM Deals is a high volume seller, yet they were quick to respond to my issue. Once I troubleshot and showed images proving the phone would not work with AT&T and therefore a misleading purchase, they sent me a shipping label for a full return. Their business model is high churn so I imagine this happens from time to time. But their prices seem fair and they at least corrected my issue quickly and did right by the customer. I would purchase from them again, and the lesson is to do IMEI checks before a purchase when possible!

Overnight Orders Placed past 12 PM will be shipped next business days.

Return & Refund Policies
PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 10% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.
Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.
Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
Lastly, the buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back safely and securely. it's recommended to pack the item securely and ship with signature and/or insurance.
