Received the product right away with no issues. Couldn't be happier

This phone was advertised to be a Verizon phone. Upon receipt of the phone, I could not get it to work on the Verizon system. I went to a friend who is a technician and he found out the the IMEI was for AT&T not Verizon. Additionally, the back cover was replaced with a plastic (not glass) cover with a different IMEI number. The phone did not work on the AT&T system either. The WIFI part of the phone worked, but the 4G cellular part was defective. I sent the phone back for a refund. I was not happy with this sale.

Phone looks and works great.

I would never buy from this seller again, and I recommend everyone the same. His product did not comply with Swappa product policy, but it took me so much time and efforts to get the refund. The seller is very unresponsive, and he tried to avoid the responsibility with the purchase even though Swappa staffs asked him to.

Seller was very professional and was even willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I was getting a Google Edition device, capable of having the bootloader unlocked. Dropped it in the mail the same day he ensured I was happy with the device I had purchased.
