The cell phone was not as described
Phone arrived as advertised. Pleased.????
Was a terrible experience. Phone came with bad speakers couldn't hear anything and they said everything has been testing and if fully functional. For one of the key purpose of a phone. Then i had to ship it back with my money which was an inconvenience and the service was bad because when i contact them they didn't even sympathize.

RETURNS
We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
When an item is to be returned the buyer will pay return shipping costs.
