The phone which I received arrived in a worse condition than listed. The headphone jack did not work and the camera was nonfunctional. This sell was difficult to work with and his item should not have even been for sale on Swappa.
Phone was exactly as advertised. We hit a little glitch with Verizon when my M I L took it in to get it set up. (They wanted to sell her a phone) I called the store and got to talk to the district manager who worked with her and got it set up with everything from her old phone. Seller gave me great support and communication. We're all very happy with this sale.

RETURNS
We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
When an item is to be returned the buyer will pay return shipping costs.
