Cancelled order after I waited 5 days. Had to last minute buy elsewhere for travel. Claimed Swappa at fault but seems unlikely.
Had some challenges initially but seller was provided prompt supprt to resolve.
photos of the phone did not show how bad the scratches on the screen were; phone is in worse condition than advertised

"Mint Condition" might have been stretching it a little, but phone will work for us.

The phone that was shipped to me was in good condition in terms of scratches, etc. but I did not notice in the photos that it was slightly bent. Nona Phones / was great about offering a refund if I returned it, so I would suggest to make sure that there are no defects like slight bends , if you are interested in their Phones /.
Great phone with good bettery life, unfortunate blemish (blob sized) on screen and no seller response

Return & Refund Policies
RETURNS
We offer 30 days return policy. No returns after 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition. 15% restocking fee on returning non-defective items.
5% fee on order cancellation before the item has shipped.
Refund will be issued within 5 business days after the device is received.
When an item is to be returned the buyer will pay return shipping costs.
