Seller went out of their way to solve an order discrepancy and was both timely and courteous. 5/5 would buy from again.

Phone rated good should not have heavy wear on the bezel. All four corners were missing all chrome, worn down to raw plastic. I have never actually seen a phone worn this heavy before. Vendor should show pictures of actual unit, I would not have purchased.

I bought a phone for both me and my wife. One was great. Then this one was a bad phone. The screen digitizer was dead in the entire center. It took 4 emails before they finally responded. You will never find a phone number for them. I sent it back for replacement and was told they never received it after 2 weeks. They told me they had just moved offices and it may have been lost in the move. I misplaced my tracking number and never received a receipt or replacement and just ended up declaring the phone stolen/lost. That's my fault.
However, it is clear they don't check the phones before sending them out and assume a condition. If you have a problem, good luck getting a hold of them.
