The phone arrived in a timely manner. It came to me as described. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I brought item on the 4th did not get phone until the 24th
phone was good condition
no discount offered for inconvenience
phone was lost in mail no replacement offered no money given back just left in the dark until i asked for my money back. which was not given either 20 days no phone

Great shipped fast

Very disappointed with J&R Mobile World as a seller. Completely terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone buy from them. First, the package was stuck for two days in the NYC post office with a 'processing exception' – ???. When it finally did arrive, it was just the phone & charger in bubblewrap thrown into a padded envelope. No packing slip or anything from the original sale. Very unprofessional. But most disappointing was the fact that it was the wrong phone! I had ordered an unlocked iPhone, but J&R sent a different model which was locked to Sprint. After a few days of back & forth via email, J&R offered an exchange. I had to ship it back at my own expense – J&R never offered to pay for return shipping even though it was their fault – and was then told that I would have to wait a few more days while they checked the phone's condition. This was only after I got Swappa's help because J&R wasn't replying to emails. Finally had enough and demanded a refund. A terrible experience.
