one of the devices is already broken within 30 days of use. I bought them expecting that I would use them in my home country, but I cannot. Piece of trash

PayPal is only option. money out of my account immediately, several days before they said it cleared on their end. I often accept PayPal with immediate deposit to my bank account. Why this hold time on Swappa? Bad policy combined with the lack of other payment options is ridiculous.

A week after the sale being tied up in administration on their end, I received a delivery notice to the WRONG address. I contacted J and R and got no response, so contacted Swappa. They have zero culpability for the sale, offer no mediation, and will not put you in contact with the vendor. You're better off on Craigslist.

J and R, while they did acknowledge their mistake, told me deal with the post office myself to correct a mis-delivery to the address THEY posted to. They refused to speak on the phone when I told them pkg was lost.

Phone doesn't hold charge for more than 1 hour.

This transaction was a complete waste of time and money.
