Phone fit the generic description, but more detailed info would have been nice. "Charger Included" was misleading. I got an aftermarket Amazon charger rather than the Samsung charger. Also they rated this phone's condition at a 8.5 out of 10. There are also two dings on the edge of the phone indicating being dropped twice... that wasn't explicitly in the description. Despite these slight annoyances, the 8.5 / 10 rating they gave seems accurate and fair for the price I paid. Very fast shipping.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. Only downside was that it was delivered via USPS which has a less reliable reputation than UPS or FedEx.

J&R sold me a defective phone. It was periodically crashing. My son really needed a phone, so we tried to work with the problem, hoping that the iOS software update would solve it. The problem only got worse, with the phone repeatedly heating up and crashing. When I reported the problem, J&R refused to address it because I reported it beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. This is very bad customer service because the problem existed from the time the phone was sold.
