First time Swappa user and am thrilled with this seller! Shipping was fast with signature confirmation delivery. The phone is amazing, just as described on the page! Had no issues at my Verizon carrier in getting a new SIM card.
At first I found a battery issue and had it confirmed it by the new one I bought from a repair shop that checked out the phone. This was no problem though, the seller was quick to respond to my emails and resolve the issue by sending me a new batter! I was able then to return the battery I had bought.
