Extremely satisfied. Fast and came exactly as described. I even put the wrong address on the package and it managed to make to my house!

Phone came in and could not charge. Currently low battery and unchargable. Plastic cover that protects battery is loose and has small openings. Would like to return.

Excellent screen condition but some signs of use on the sides. I wouldn't consider it mint condition overall. Shipped quickly; packaging adequate.

I was away for a week or I'd've marked this received sooner.

When I originally reveled the phone,there were a couple screws missing under the battery cover. J & R Mobile insisted that I return it at their expense. They checked it out and replaced the missing screws and returned it to me via express mail at no additional cost to me. They care about the quality of the product their customers recieve. They are a great seller.
