Shipping was fast. I ordered a Tmobile phone but it came with a AT&T battery cover which was strange. The big downside for me was that one of the mic's on the phone didn't work So I cannot make calls on speakerphone, I have to hold it up to my ear. In sellers defense they did offer to replace it but this could have been easily avoided if they fully tested the device before shipping.

I've bought from Swappa before and had an excellent experience. I decided this time to buy from this store because they had a great price and I figured they could be trusted. Unfortunately I was wrong. I received my phone, in a flimsy bubble mailer with some bubble wrap inside, in about 10 days (delayed by USPS) only to find that the screen was shattered. I figured since I got it from a phone store and it had some sort of warranty I could just get it replaced. Once again I was wrong. I promptly emailed the seller and told them exactly what had happened. When I finally got a reply after the weekend, it was blunt without any care stating they would not accept it as it was "customer damaged". I was shocked to be honest to hear this reply from a business.

In the end I just fixed the phone myself but I should not have had to. I don't know if I just had an unlucky experience, but regardless I will never buy from them again and cannot in good conscience ever recommend them to anybody!

The phone is in very nice condition. The screen is in great shape with very minor back scratches on the back. I received very quickly too. I would buy from this seller again.

I'd rate my shopping experience positively. Received exactly what I paid for and shipping process was pretty good as well, just had to wait an extra day due to MLK holiday, but overall satisfied.

The phone works great but the screen is showing defective signs. It could be that the original screen was replaced with an after market lower quality screen because the colors, compared to another same model iphone, are yellowish and display soft horizontal lines across the screen.

arrived as advertised, no complaints
