Ordered an ATT phone and received a T-Mobile phone. Still was able to transfer service but not pleased that item was not as ordered.

Very frustrating experience regarding shipping options. Wanted to expedite delivery but did not see any options to do so. Called company and left a voicemail the day of purchase and day after purchase. Phone calls were never returned. The courtesy of a return phone call, text or email would have been appreciated. The product arrived but well past the day it was needed.

Very nice phone. Like brand new as advertised. I'm going to order another one. The only drawback is the generic charger included. Charges very slowly. Fortunately, I was able to use the charger from my old phone that provides a faster charge.
