The phone looks great and works well. However, it was listed as being in "Mint" condition and it turned out that the "volume down" button on the side of the phone does not work. It's ok; I can still use it since there are other ways to control volume. But in the future, seller should take care to test all buttons and features before listing an item as "Mint Condition."

The order had the wrong tracking number attached at first. But when I notified the seller, they fixed it right away. The description said the phone was in "mint" condition, and it was. Not a scratch or a ding on it. Looked like it came straight out of the box. Works great.
