Phone is in excellent condition and works well but my only concern is the amount of heat that is generated from the battery during casual use. Seems to be common in this model of phone though.

The phone is rooted and therefore T-Mobile won't touch it. It is way to slow, notifications keep popping up about security breaches, and in addition the wifi won't work. I am extremely disappointed.

Ginerix Telecom did not deliver a phone as described. It appeared to be still locked to T-Mobile. After many emails and intervention by Swappa, Ginerix tried to repair the problem but was not successful. Ginerix took the phone back and refunded the purchase price in full.

A refund or an exchange will be honored within 30 days of purchase as per our return/warranty policy. Devices returned in a different condition than sold, will not be authorized for a return. Devices with icloud, passcode or google lock will not be authorized for a return. Buyer is responsible to erase all personal data on the device before sending it back.
