phone was defective asked for replacement. Trans action took 30 days and had to get Swappa involved. Finally got replacement phone , replacement phone also defective , random reboots loses network connection. Asked for refund , received link to fill out return authorization 2 weeks ago ....ive heard nothing. Original sale was listed as MINT condition. Ive been Ripped off

phone was advertised as MINT condition but there were some small minor scratches on screen and on the back. Maybe just a misunderstanding on my part what MINT meant in this case. Still in very good condition. No SIM card key provided with purchase so could not use for a couple days after it was received, until I was able to find a key. Phone works great.

Received my phone in perfect condition as it came right out of the box. I am thankful for the super fast shipping and timely processing of my order. Only drawback is battery will not stay charged it drains relatively quickly but that's expected overall I'm happy with my purchase
