The phone looked in pristine condition. 6 days after I got it I did some texting and realized that there is a big problem with the touch screen. I have sent 3 emails and called 2 numbers (just a recording with out even a company name) The 1st email was sent 5 business days ago and no response at all. I want an exchange or a refund or I will have to use the PayPal guarantee. FIY The phone arrived wrapped in a bubble layer and loose in a small box with no additional packing.

The website said the phone was in mint condition; it looked like mint on the outside, but wasn't mint on the inside. It wouldn't turn on no matter what I did. It took two e-mails to get a response about a refund, but the seller was fairly prompt otherwise in responding to me.

The home button/fingerprint reader is lop sided and feels a bit clunky when pressed, but it does work. Otherwise the phone seems great.

Ended up returning the phone due to how slow it was, how fast it heated up, how it became unresponsive for a while, a blurry lens, and loose buttons. It could have just been because of how old the iPhone 6 is or I might have been unlucky but this phone was not for me. The seller was easy to get in contact with, helpful, and kind enough though and did give me a refund.
