I had to return this phone as the IMEI was showing it has a balance on it. Luckily the seller was responsive and took responsibility for this issue by offering a refund if I return the phone. I was also provided a free return shipping label. While the phone didn't work out and I was disappointed with that but at least the seller made it as painless as possible. I received my refund in a timely manner once they rec'd it.
