Very helpful and excellent customer service. Something was wrong with the charger that came with my phone so I contacted the seller. Within 24 hours I received a reply with intentions to reship and am now happily awaiting my replacement charger.

Generally my experience was positive. I ended up buying two phones, and returning one. The first phone I bought took quite a while to arrive and would not charge, so I had to return it. The seller covered return shipping and sent me a new phone with 2-day delivery. The second phone worked, though the charger they sent was faulty. It's possible that the charger was the issue with the first phone as well, though I did try one other charger. So, while I did have some issues, the seller was very responsive and fixed them.
