Had a speedy delivery concluding with a near perfect product. Beyond satisfied.

Phone arrived quickly. We were excited to receive the two carefully selected Samsung Galaxy S8 phones, UNLOCKED with specific Model numbers required by our carrier. After hours of trying to set up our phones, we realized this phone was not the Model number I ordered. Return was frustrating. Both this phone and my husband's were wrong and needed to be sent back. His was not UNLOCKED. They sent one return label for two phones and only one packing slip, for one phone. Took all day to resolve this. I wonder about quality control and who fills the orders ? They refunded quickly, but without committing to send us the correct phone(s) (more than one of each of our phones listed, too) No apology for the mistake(s). No offer to make it right. I tried to communicate directly with them, but they would only answer questions through Swappa. No sooner did we send phones back, but they lowered the price on these two phones on Swappa. Strange ! I wouldn't dare order from Consumer Electronics again.

Return was fast, yet frustrating because tried to get someone to agree to double check that an exchanged phone would be right. They seemed evasive! (BOTH our phones were unusable. The second one was the wrong Model. Who fills the orders ? One mistake is understandable, but two ?). They refunded without any promise to send us the correct phone. No apology for the mistake(s). No offer to make it right. I tried to communicate directly with them, but they would only answer questions through Swappa. I wouldn't order from Consumer Electronics again.
