The phones work great. The only problem was with the chargers, both of them shorted out and melted while plugged into the wall which is a bit concerning.

Phone was NOT NEW as advertised. The phone had several calls logged, text messages, as well as added apps. It also had a saved WIFI connection. I contacted the seller who did offer to send me a return label, but the point was they advertised a phone as 'new' when it was obviously 'used'. It was in good condition and worked fine. I just overpaid because I thought was purchasing a NEW phone based on their description. It should have been sold as 'Mint' which demands a lower price.

Only issue is that a dropped phone in my opinion maybe shouldn't be called "good condition" (gouges in aluminum on corner of phone).
