Very happy with the phone! It came in a timely manner and I was very happy with how it looks and works!

Sadly the phone we purchased was still registered to another company not the one selling the phone! The phone was not usable and couldn’t be unlocked without the company’s permission. Please make sure if you advertise that a phone is “unlocked, wiped clean of all data” make sure it actually is! I feel the process used to “check” the phone and get it ready for sale isn’t perfect, the problem that existed with the phone we purchased could’ve been avoided if it had been turned on and truly checked!

The phone is as described, in "good" condition. The packaging it arrived in could have been better and more protective. I ordered it on a Friday morning and received it the next Friday. The charger it came with does not work :(.
