Item arrived as described, although it took several days to ship. I’d still buy again though.

Good condition and as advertised, but they left the last users SIM card in the slot. Overall a good transaction.

Received the phone. The phone appeared to be more scratched than the picture provided but it could be an issue with how the pictures don't show some of the scratches under certain lighting.

They lied about device description. This device is NOT unlocked. Had to call Verizon (as that is who the ipad is locked to) and they said there is no account for this ipad. I did reach out to seller and their only way to correct the situation is for me to mail it back to them and that they have no replacement. This to me seems very scam likely. And Verizon stated the company has to call them to unlock it. But of course they won't. False advertising and poor experience.

Item looked good the way the phone was packaged was crap just in bubble wrap over the phone in a bag phone wasn't even in an after market box NOTHING!! Luckily phone wasn't broke

It came well, there are a couple of issues, a dead pixel and the left audio isn't working so the overall audio is muffled and isn't the best. Overall came well, came earlier than expected which was lovely.

I'm not sure if the iPhone camera got damaged in shipping, but the limited warranty covered it and I didn't spend an extra penny.
