Phone arrived broken . Very expensive phone shipped with nothing more than bubble wrap.
Unreal . Had to file a claim to get my money back . I’ve ordered hundreds of packages this years and this is prob the most expensive one and it wasn’t even in a box . Unreal

Phone wasn't unlock.

Phone worked for 3-4 weeks. Now “SOS” is showing in top right corner of screen. I contacted my cellular carrier and the IMEI is blocked. This is due to a payment issue by previous user or phone is unlocked. Phone is now unusable.

I have received the phone and while it looks ok, the battery health was at an embarrassing 76%. This should not have been considered as good. Battery life should have at least 82% or more. I am indeed disappointed. :(

I just bought my iPhone 8 from you guys but I can’t connect it with my carrier because whoever owned it before never removed their phone number and sprint account. I spent almost $200 on this phone from a “trusted” source on your website and I feel like I just got fucked in the ass. Battery condition appeared correct after latest iOS update, phone arrived in bubble wrap packaging, no box, shipped in envelope. Deep scratches noted towards the top of screen and around the speaker grill not previously disclosed and easily felt with fingernail, phone was not entirely clean and dirt noted on speaker grill. Residue around edge of screen stuck between frame of the phone and the screen, not easily removable. Device appears similar, but not the same condition as the advertised device.

Do not buy from this Cell My Device. I bought an iPhone from them that was described as not having any problems other than minor scratches on the body of the phone, and when I received it, I found that the entire camera had been completely replaced with a lesser quality one, and not only that, but the camera was broken/cracked so the quality of pictures was fuzzy and awful. None of this was explained in the description. I was very disappointed and inconvenienced by the situation.
