Screen damage not disclosed on sale.

Good experience with shipping and timing. Mint was not the right quality description for this phone as there was a noticeable scratch on the screen.

It's not enough to make me think this sale was wrong, as I think the price was still in line with the condition of the phone. But the listing itself should have represented the phone as in "excellent" condition.

Received phone one day earlier than expected. Phone works great with no issues, however I’m disappointed the phone I received was not in the condition promised. Seller did apologize and offer a resolution at least so I will give them the benefit of the doubt that the oversight was not intentional. Would buy from again possibly

Phone won’t connect to network.

The phone they sent had a defect in the LIDAR sensor. They assured me that their 60-point inspection said the phone was okay. I guess LIDAR was not one of those 60 points. Overall, they did refund my money, so everything is fine, but they need to improve their inspection process.

The phone screen was scratched very badly which 1 was not shown in photos or 2 described in description. To bad it was not because I would not have purchased a phone with this amount of scratches on the screen. Seller do better please with description and photos.

Phone did not came packaged well, screen has minor scratches. There was visible dirt. However phone seems to be working well. Please consider better packaging and cleaning of device .
