Supposedly good phone, actually fair, had screen scratches plainly visible in any light and at any handheld distance. I had to spend $25 and waste a week to return the iphone 16 pro max with incorrect condition listed and no actual photos to verify. Seller shipped quickly, was responsive within a day or two, and helpful in completing the return.
