Everything is expected which was awesome!
Item was exactly as described. Quick shipping and secure packaging. Great seller!
It's a relief to finally have the S23 Ultra in hand, and from a Caribbean perspective, I can finally take clean photos from afar and what can I say it's one heck of a beast. But since it was my first time with Swappa I was very sceptical initially, but the seller's excellent communication completely reassured me and made me very happy, even though the shipping delay with USPS was very frustrating.
Quick shipping. I had to clean the charging port out a bit, but otherwise phone is in great condition.
Fast ship, as described- truly in mint condition, absolutely no marks or scratches on device. Would buy from BuyBack Surgeon again.
The phone was in great condition! It’s the perfect backup phone for my trip to China.
Arrived in advertised condition. Factory reset was performed correctly by seller so it was easy for me to set up on my end. Thank you!
Thank you - the phone is working well!
Great experience thank you
