Worse seller to deal with. First they list the phone under mint condition but when I received it came with scratches on the screen and they are deep scratches. Then after using it for another day found out the display had burned in images. What a waste of time. I guess the only good thing is the seller gave me back my money but I still had to pay for it to get shipped back so I'm at a lost now of shipping cost.

The seller provided me with a phone that had undocumented screen damage that was immediately noticeable upon receiving the phone. I raised this issue using Swappa's comment system and I only received slow communication and offers for a complete return/refund. This isn’t an option for me; I am disappointed in with an apparent unwillingness to provide a partial refund.

This phone was the 9th phone I had bought through swappa. I’ve NEVER had an issue AT ALL!! The phone I bought was with T-Mobile for the carrier, only T-Mobile said the phone can not be used due to the phone having an outstanding balance of almost $700, which was more than what I paid for the phone.

Item not as described. Listed as Mint but had screen scratches/imperfections. Seller offered only for return of item, but I’m military overseas and USPS no longer allows phones to be mailed due to the lithium battery. I explained this to seller and was offered a trivial discount. Had seller listed correctly, price would have been significantly less than the discount offered so I feel they were hoping buyers wouldn’t notice the screen issues so listing for Mint when it should have been Good.

as per T mobile this phone is stolen and its blocked by carrier.

This will be my 4th sale completed on Swappa and before this transaction it has been an extremely positive experience. I have told many friends/family the benefits of Swappa. This by far has been a very sour transaction and has placed a stain on this merchant. I will specifically avoid them at all costs.

The item sold was not in the condition that it was listed in. It then took me days to get ahold of them, with their team only placing priority of this dale at one communique A DAY. Which resulted in this most drawn out game of message tag. Then in their greed, only offered a measly $25 refund to compensate. In the same day of the offer, the same merchant was selling the exact model in the condition I received in for ~$60 cheaper than what I purchased. Unfortunately, it was my mistake to not screenshot and negotiate as later that day the phone was sold and my evidence gone. It took them yet another several days to get them to process refund and I had to even get Swappa involved.

Seller described the item as Mint, but the iPad arrived bent. Disappointed with the quality of the items.

Few scratches on the side and another one in the middle of the screen, product is in good condition, not mint.

The phone was listed as “mint” and it was NOT mint. The phone had a few minor scratches on the screen. Although this is not a major issue it’s just not good business practices very shady and why lie? The phone also came poorly packaged just as other reviews stated. Only came wrapped in bubble wrap and in a plastic USPS envelope. Cheap much? I was going to send the phone back for a full refund but I didn’t feel like going through the hassle. The only good thing about this experience was that the seller was willing to give a full refund. Other than those issues the phone seems to be okay.
