There were problems with the phone I bought. I contacted the seller and all they have done is give me the runaround! I clearly stated I wanted a refund. I don’t have faith in purchasing a phone through them as they claim the phone. I returned to them has no issues. I’ve purchased phones from Swappa before and never have I dealt with a seller like this avoid this company they are horrible. They took my money and are refusing to give it back unless I choose another phone from them. At this point, I would absolutely rather not deal with them! Find a different seller don’t ever purchase from this seller
