Phone arrived on time and works well. Condition didn’t exactly match with my order. It was listed as Mint, but it was probably closer to fair. There are 2-3 decent scratches on the front glass.

Phone arrived safely and promptly. Condition was acceptable and satisfactory. I’ll definitely keep this seller in mind when I have to purchase other devices in the future!

Got the phone as described and had no issues switching service from my old phone to the new one.

No necessarily a bad company, but I feel like they should slow down and take a little bit more time to check the devices. They’re shipping out. I understand they are used devices, but when they say all functions work as intended, all functions should work as intended. It should not be on the customer to perform maintenance checks or troubleshoot.

They’re very willing to work with me. I just don’t feel like being out multiple days of a phone after already being out of one multiple days prior to this.

I received the phone and as soon as I received it I had a message on the phone stating that the camera was not recognized and was likely aftermarket. I had issues with the phone focusing when taking a picture. Outside of the warranty period I dropped it in water for literally a second. I retrieved the phone and the front camera had condensation in it in addition to a rear lens. Now the screen has a black blob that started as the size of a pin head and is now taking up over half of the screen. It leads me to believe the screen and or camera was replaced at some point and was not fully sealed. I notified the seller and they stated it is outside of the warranty period so they will not do anything about it.
