Had a misunderstanding about which carrier the phone was locked to as I assumed unlock rules would be consistent across carriers. I had to do a return and the team was responsive and accommodating in helping me facilitate the return and refund.

Shipping was a nightmare and I ended up getting the phone way later than expected/needed. When originally shipped the seller did not use my address as I provided it and did not reach out to clarify before making a change. This led to my package being undeliverable and returned to sender. Then they had to reship it. No apology given, instead they just argued with me about how my address is written, even though literally no one else has ever had a problem with it.

I purchased a iPhone 14 Pro Max. It came and was exactly like the description and loved the extras. (Case and screen saver)I am a happy customer. Thank you
