Very fast shipper. My only complaint is in the listing. It said the camera was replaced with a high-quality camera, but there is no .5 camera and the current camera quality is not good and the portrait camera has specs in it. the iPhone is in great shape. Please be aware when purchasing if the camera was replaced.

Ive bought on swappa many times and have been happy but this phone i was not happy with the conditon . On the bottom of the screen were burnt images when it stated I bought a mint condition phone .

I have received the phone. The phone is slow and it’s something wrong with it i want to return the phone and i want my money back!

The phone came in terrible condition. It was visibly fine but was incredibly slow and it would NOT read a SIM card. Absolutely outrageous. No response from Swappa or the seller. Very disappointed.

Sold me a phone with broken hardware and refused to accept a return. The phone’s MagSafe failed about 40 days after I received it and the store conveniently has a 30-day return policy. Buyer beware!

Charger port is not working

This phone has not held up, I got 6 years out of my 7+ so not hard on phones. This phone seems to have been refurbished/repaired improperly. Screen is not quite aligned right, battery life has been terrible (keeps randomly dying when show greater then 50%), back glass shattered in the protective case…

Phone completely died within 2 months of purchase. Genius bar is unable to resolve and said it is likely due to 3rd party parts.

This seller will not respond to me. They sold me an unlocked iPhone 12 I paid 300 bucks the phone got here and cannot be activated on any carrier. Says the imei from the phone is already in use. So basically they stole 300 bucks from me.
