The device was shipped literally minutes after I purchased they were very polite and willing to accommodate me as far as shipping goes. The device worked just as advertised and the device is in great condition five star aerobics guys keep it up.

Phone wasn't working properly. Would not be possible for seller to have known without several days of normal use. Notified them and they immediately refunded the purchase price and sent a shipping label. Great customer service.

Return & Refund Policies

The RED CELL offers a 30 day warranty for electronics. The cosmetics of an item carries a 14 day return policy.
Buyer remorse returns will be charged a "restocking" fee of $20.00.
