There was a minor hiccup with the shipping info not being posted. But after notifying the seller, it was fixed immediately. I ordered on a Friday and got it on Wednesday. The phone was just as advertised - mint indeed. Thanks for the great phone!

Return & Refund Policies
The RED CELL offers a 30 day warranty for electronics. The cosmetics of an item carries a 14 day return policy.
Buyer remorse returns will be charged a "restocking" fee of $20.00.
