I just took this phone to the AT&T Store to have it activated and have learned that the charging port on this phone is bad!! This is a complete and total drag. I purchased this for my daughter and we are leaving on vacation next Thursday. I now have to scramble to get it replaced. Please advise what you can do to make this right!
