Phone was blocked by IMEI for non-payment. In the initial listing the Swappa staff pointed out the provided IMEI was being financed. The seller claimed they entered the wrong IMEI and entered a new one which allowed the sale on Swappa.
It has now been blocked after a month of use.

Return & Refund Policies
The RED CELL offers a 30 day warranty for electronics. The cosmetics of an item carries a 14 day return policy.
Buyer remorse returns will be charged a "restocking" fee of $20.00.
