You say that there were light scratches you can only see if you turned it towards the light and really look for them. The scratches are deep enough, that's the first thing I saw. I do not like the cosmetics of this phone. Very disappointed in the sellar.

Return & Refund Policies

The RED CELL offers a 30 day warranty for electronics. The cosmetics of an item carries a 14 day return policy.
Buyer remorse returns will be charged a "restocking" fee of $20.00.
