Seller literally sold a broken phone then asked for me to pay shipping back. Horrible experience.
Was surprised to get the phone in a janky box (it actually alarmed me, since it wasn't branded for the phone). But all necessary items were included (charger block, cable and phone).
The phone itself was in excellent condition, but was left partially activated (no accounts added, but new-user walk through from reset was not active).
Otherwise, an excellent experience.

Shipping Policies
Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are final and binding once completed.
