Phone had a damaged charging port, I noticed immediately and contacted the seller within hours of receiving shipment. When I contacted the seller for a refund he was combative and rude, accused me of lying, then tried to charge me a 15% restock fee that was not mentioned in the original listing. Swappa had to advise him not to charge an undisclosed restock fee.
After he received the returned phone and proving there was an issue with the charge port (he uploaded a picture of the phone that confirmed the video showing the issue I added to the sale page) he still insisted phone was not damaged. Eventually I got a full refund but the experience was enough to put me off buying anything on Swappa again. Avoid this seller.

Just like it was listed! Looks incredible and has everything that was promised. I hope I don't have to buy again but if I do I'd buy again from this seller.

The fingerprint circle had some scuffing/wear/gunk to clean, but rest of the phone was Mint worthy

Easy to Deal. The reason for negative is the wide angle lense is fuzzy, basically worthless. Everything else great!
Completely satisfied! iPhone as advertised. I had to go to the Verizon store to get a SIM card. Everything transferred from iCloud without a hitch.

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays, so orders placed during those times will be shipped the next business day.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
All sales are final and binding once completed.
