The seller was great. I received the phone timely and everything was as posted. The only ding I give the seller is the charging cable is not the original, but that is like a quarter-point ding, at best. The description labeled the charging cable correctly, so I knew what to expect, but it's still just a little less than perfect. 4.75 ? out of five!

Condition as noted - listed as mint, not a single scratch. Received very quickly. Had no issues setting it up/nothing funny about getting it on/logged in.
Fast delivery and the phone was new, in the box, just as advertized.
Very responsive seller! Had an issue with UPS, but seller was very helpful in getting it rectified.
Received a green device instead of a black one like listed, double checked the IMEI number and it's the same so it was just listed improperly. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning the device just for a color, but still I was expecting something else. Otherwise, phone works fine and sale went good, no complaints other than the wrong color.

Return & Refund Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all account locks removed (including iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Google accounts).
A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address that require cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a 5% PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
