Arrived very quickly- very professional company.

Shipping was quick, the phone was as described, has been serving me well.

First one had cracked camera lens cover. Seller replaced but it took 20 days from purchace to receipt of working item. replacement phone works ok and seller always responded fast to my inquiries. Seller also included a screen protector.

CANCELED MY ORDER WITH NO REASON

This was the worst experience I have ever had in buying a phone on Swappa. The phone that the seller sent originally was not the correct model. I returned the phone to them, and they sent out the correct model, but it was broken. It did not work properly. It was also in very poor physical condition, the kind of condition that I would not sell on Swappa. It should have been a boneyard device. I reported the problem to the seller, and they responded with things that they wanted me to try to get the phone working. I was bothered by that. They should have just taken the phone back, no questions asked. Eventually, they gave me my money back, after several days. This has been most inconvenient, as I did not have a phone during this problem period. This seller is not motivated by a desire to serve their buyers. They are the kind of seller that makes Swappa a worse place. I would seriously discourage anyone from buying from this seller.
