This phone was in amazing condition. There weren't any visible scratches on the phone at all. In fact it almost looked like a brand new phone. Not to mention the phone works perfectly, I could have asked for a better and at such a great price too.

Tried to unlock the AT&T phone that I received to use with T-Mobile service but it couldn't be unlocked because it was still tied to the previous owner's service somehow. I'm sure it would have worked with ATT service so I can't blame the seller for this. They refunded my purchase so all is good.

Listed a phone they did not have, took my money and provided 0 correspondence for 18 hours. Only after contacting them, did they inform me they never had the phone at all in the period of the sale. They tried to offer me a fair condition phone instead at its current price and called it a 'discount'...as if thats some kind of solution. I guess its super important to check these reviews on swappa, because there's apparently some shady sh*t going on here or maybe its just this seller. Either way, dont buy youre phone from these guys if you want it to actually arrive apparently.
