Tried unlocked after 40 day T-mobile "grace period" only to find out phone was financed prior and can not be unlocked. Seller sent this as a message to me: "Our devices listed under T-Mobile are to be used with T-Mobile only, and we'll guarantee that will happen. Otherwise we would have marked it as unlocked. Unfortunately back then Swappa's check could not provide the same financial eligibility information, and we weren't aware of that."

Had the phone for a few months already and was out of the country when seller offered to accept return.

Pretty unhappy. Battery life is not what it should be. And two months later I plug in headphones to play a movie on an airplane and the headphone jack does not work. I bought a phone before from seller that was perfect. This one was same price and model almost 5 months later and this thing is not what it should be. It should have been labeled in ok condition. No way this should have been listed as good or better condition.
