Top YouTube channels for photography



With over 1.8 billion monthly users, YouTube is climbing the ranks as one of the most visited sites worldwide. Whether you’re there for funny cat videos, tech reviews, or to watch one of your favorite personalities, YouTube has a little something for everyone. For photographers, YouTube can entertain and serve as a resource at the same time.

As part of our new camera category, we want to make it easy for our users to discover camera resources – so we scoured YouTube looking for people who post helpful and engaging videos about their experience with photography. Here are a few of our favorite YouTube channels that focus on photography and camera gear:

 

#1 Kinotika

As the host of Kinotika, Dave Altizer started his channel in August, 2017 to post camera reviews while offering a comedic twist. New videos come out every Wednesday and Friday and are described as “gear reviews that don’t suck.” If you’re looking for a little humor, while staying up to date on camera news, we recommend Kinotika.

For people who love all things tech, The Everyday Dad reviews everything from DSLR cameras to phones to drones. He makes it easy to understand some of the most complicated gear with his catchphrase, “If I can figure it out, you can figure it out!”
