This phone had a bad volume button. Was listed as mint. Returned it with no issues.

It was disappointing to get the wrong device but the seller kept communication and %100 refund back.

Got item not as expected, seller allowed me to get full refund.

Face ID does not work and would like to return for replacement/refund.

Phone looks great but I think the screen might have recently been serviced with a non-OEM screen. One of the mics does not work properly making Siri and Voice Dictation useless along with ghost movement on the screen. All these problems still happening even after two factory resets. The seller was responsive until I started asking about the screen.

I received an iPhone 8 plus. The screen was poor quality and made images on the screen appear yellow. I had to return the phone and the seller issued a prompt refund.

Seller, please be sure to confirm the address from the buyer before you ship out the product. I luckily lived close enough to my old address to be able to retrieve it, but it could've resulted in a mess if somebody stole the package or the current homeowners disposed of the package. Thanks.

Any SIM card I enter in the phone it reads it as a Verizon Wireless one and no phone calls can be made. I thought phone was supposed to be unlocked?

Trustful service just the phone I ordered has a broken microphone so when I call people I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me , to much hassle to return
