IPhone 8 is acting glitchy when typing IMessage on the standard keyboard, seeking possible refund/exchange.

Phone screen was replaced and home button stop working from very next month. I dropped the phone on thick carpet but still screen got broken in 2rd month and I came to know the screen was not original.

I bought this phone in September and in early October I realize that I am seeing water mark on the phone well I am not sure if it is but it seem that way to me . Some times half of the screen gets darker and you can see the separation between it . This happen several times daily but wen I press the power button it goes away the come back and continuously happen

Claimed phone was in "near mint condition" but screen had a bunch of scuffs and nicks. Pictures in his listing didn't show them, but could have easily been accomplished. Deceitful description, but seller assumed no responsibility. Still claimed it near mint. Battery health was advertised to be 100%, but it actually was 99%. Seller blamed Apple. Sent the phone back to him, but seller refused to pay for the shipping. Get ready to lean on Swappa for help if things are not right with this seller. Would not communicate until I pinged Swappa for help. Not what I expect for customer service.

Lcd wasnt authentic. Looks like chinese copy display. Not good seller!

The phone came with a poorly installed 3rd. party screen. I was concerned about the 50% restocking fee and kept the phone. My advice is pay close attention to what you’re reading.

The product came fast and as expected but within a month of use the bottom side of the screen popped up which resulted in the vibration sound being extremely loud and the screen would sometimes change color. I went to apple to see if they could fix it. They said whoever refurbished the screen did it wrong and the only way to fix it was to pay 175$ which isn't worth it for an already used phone. Disappointing for the fact that it wasn't caused by me and I just got the phone. Now I can't use any vibrations and i have to be super careful with the screen.

Briefly, the seller cancelled the sale because of a silly reason. I expressed my disappointment and they did not even bother to address my concerns, much less apologize. I told them I would reorder the phone if they would ship it on a next day delivery service and I offered to pay the extra for the expedited shipping, but they couldn't even be bothered to do that to make things right.

I purchased 2 cell phones. One worked for 37 days and then the sound didn't work any longer, despite being marked "very good." Seller's online profile did NOT state a 30 day warranty. Swappa intervened with seller and they did not respond to Swappa. While others may have had some luck with this seller, I would steer clear. I'll get my money back via a dispute thru PayPal, but its a pain in the butt and I have to pay for return shipping, which seems unfair if a seller won't stand behind a product per the info that Swappa promotes. #avoidthisseller

Quick delivery. Issue with phone in less than two months. Sound isn’t working. Help!

I’ve had the phone for a little over a month the battery drains so fast, it will drop 10% in 2 min. It also does not always turn on when pressing the home button.

Fast shipping, but device has screen scratches underneath the screen protector. Seller unwilling to refund/return the device.
